In The Food Freedom Club you will…
Module One: Food Freedom Foundations (Weeks 1-3)
In this module we will use evidence based research to ditch the dieting and restriction mentality. You will learn how to identify hunger and fullness, the basics of metabolism, and how to reintroduce “off limits” foods.
Module Two: Nutrition 101 (Weeks 4-6)
Next we will dive in to everything you need to know about how to eat and provide your body the nutrition it needs. You will learn about individual nutrients and how to put all the pieces together into a satisfying and nourishing meal without all the stress and overthinking.
Module Three: Applications (Weeks 7-9)
Finally, we will take everything you have learned so far and apply it to real-life situations including grocery shopping, eating out, and more. We will also have topical discussions about debunking fad diets and gut health.

Anna Wilke MS, RD
If you are feeling confused, stressed, and frustrated by all of the conflicting nutrition information you hear and see online, you are not alone. I have been where you are and the good news is, it does not have to stay that way.
After years as a dietitian in the nutrition space and working with dozens of 1:1 counseling clients, I am here to help you actually understand nutrition and how all foods fit in a healthy diet. I am passionate about helping my clients ditch diet culture for good and build confidence in their bodies and their ability to nourish themselves well.

FAQs
When will we start & when will we meet?
Very important information! This cohort of the Food Freedom Club will be meeting on Thursday nights at 7:30 pm (Eastern). Our first live session will be on Thursday July 25th, 2024. We will meet every Monday night with the last session on Thursday September 19th, 2024.
What happens if I have to miss a week?
No worries, life happens and I totally get that! We will miss you and unfortunately you’ll miss the group discussion but you will still have access to all the information you need from the week. In addition to the education resources that accompany each week’s discussion, you will have access to recordings of the live call. Recordings will be available for the duration of the 9 week course and 1 additional week after the course finishes (10 weeks total access).
How is FFC Different from other HEalth/Nutrition courses?
The Food Freedom Club is not just another diet or eating plan to try. Inside the Food Freedom Club you will learn everything you need to never go back to restrictive dieting. We will discuss why diets don’t work and you will gain a better understanding of your body’s own hunger and fullness cues. I will also give you all the knowledge of the basics of nutrition that you need to know and haven’t be taught before. After this program, there will be no more need for diets or health programs. You will be able to nourish yourself well for good.
